2022-23 Fundraising Information

BBL Youth Hockey Association Fundraising Requirement for 2022-23 season:

$625 of product sold OR $300 Fundraising Buy Out (Check payable to BBLYHA and required to be turned in on or before Sept 10th, 2022)

⮚  World’s Finest Chocolate – Pick up chocolate at Mandatory Parent’s Meeting on September 11, 2022 and goes to Oct 2, 2022. 

All money and unsold chocolate must be returned by 5pm. Any unopened, undamaged boxes will be purchased back from WFC. 

⮚ Spaghetti Dinner – September 24, 2022 5pm – 8pm $20 per ticket at KJ’s Refuge 26211 184th St NW Big Lake.  

 o Limit of 70 tickets to be sold for this event. Dinner tickets sold count towards your fundraising goal.

o Raffle items at event. One free raffle ticket with every 4 dinner tickets sold.   

⮚ Wreaths – Orders need to be turned in by October 27, 2022 for delivery date of November 17, 2022

⮚ Heggie’s Pizza - First Window – Orders need to be turned in by October 27, 2022 for delivery date of November 17, 2022   

⮚ Butter Braids – Orders will need to be turned in/ placed through the online order form by October 27, 2022 for delivery date of November 17, 2022 

⮚ Sanders Collection Bed Sheets – Orders need to be turned in by January 5, 2023, for delivery date around January 26, 2023. 

⮚ Heggie’s Pizza - Second Window – Orders need to be turned in by January 5, 2023 for delivery date of January 26, 2023.   

⮚ Beanbag Tournament – Spring 2023 More information to come! Please note the two different order forms for the Heggie’s Pizza.   

 

Please have all orders AND ONE check (payable to BBLYHA) for payment turned in to the drop box at Princeton Ice Arena West Rink, next to the BBLYHA trophy case on or before the due date listed.  (You may mail them to BBLYHA PO Box 294 Becker, MN 55308. )

NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  NO CASH will be accepted.
