There of five levels of play and are determined by the participants date of birth. Within the Squirt, PeeWee and Bantam levels there are varying degrees of competition levels as well: A, B1, B2, and C. Level A being the most competitive (B1 and B2 are sometimes categorized as simply B). BBL determines the level of play based on overall ability, experience, and team size.
